1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at linearap.biz and your participation in any session, workshop, or membership programme offered by Lineara. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

By completing a booking or submitting a contact enquiry you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms. If you have questions, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.

2. Nature of Our Services

Lineara provides general educational sessions, document organising assistance, and facilitated family conversation programmes. All content is framed as practical information and general guidance only. Nothing we offer constitutes individual professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, tax, accounting, or estate planning advice.

Our services are designed to help participants think through organising tasks and open productive conversations. They do not replace the services of a qualified professional appropriate to your personal circumstances. We actively encourage all participants to consult suitably qualified professionals and relevant official bodies for their own situations.

No outcome, result, or change in personal or family circumstances is promised or implied by participation in any Lineara session or programme.

3. Eligibility

Our sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that they have authorised you to do so and that they are also aged 18 or over.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the personal information they provide during booking is accurate and current.

4. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.

• Affairs in Order Workshop — ฿3,700 per participant
• Complete Document Inventory — ฿7,500 per session
• Order & Legacy Membership — ฿11,900 per month

Payment must be completed through the channel specified at the time of booking. We do not store card details. Any payment disputes should be directed to us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. The following conditions apply:

• More than 7 days before your session — you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Contact us by email to arrange this.
• 3–7 days before your session — you may reschedule once to a date within 60 days. Cancellations in this window are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Fewer than 3 days before your session — no refund or transfer is available, except where Lineara cancels the session (see below).

If Lineara needs to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, participants will be notified as promptly as possible and offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date at their preference.

6. Order & Legacy Membership

The Order & Legacy Membership is billed monthly at ฿11,900. Membership provides ongoing access to organising workshops, facilitated family conversation sessions, and our peer community for the duration of the active membership period.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; no partial-month refunds are issued. Access to member resources continues until the period paid for has expired.

Lineara reserves the right to modify membership content, session schedules, and community features with reasonable notice to members. Changes that materially reduce the scope of the membership will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and members who do not wish to continue under revised terms may cancel without charge within that notice period.

7. Participant Conduct

Our sessions are designed to be calm, respectful spaces for thoughtful conversation. We ask all participants to treat fellow attendees and facilitators with courtesy. Lineara reserves the right to remove from a session — or decline future bookings from — any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment or is considered harmful to others.

Session materials and facilitation content are for the personal use of registered participants only. They may not be recorded, reproduced, shared publicly, or redistributed without prior written permission from Lineara.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, session materials, workshop frameworks, and community resources produced by Lineara remain the intellectual property of Lineara. You may use materials for your own personal reference and family organising purposes but not for commercial use, redistribution, or resale.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lineara's services are educational in nature. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions made by participants based on session content, nor for any consequences arising from their personal family or document arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Lineara's total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and Data

The way we collect and handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We would always prefer to resolve concerns informally first — please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within five business days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Where changes are material, we will notify registered participants by email. Continuing to use our services after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
